Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SHIK BEAUTY. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms:


Return Period

  • Domestic orders (Thailand): Returns accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • International orders: Returns accepted within 14–28 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care and cosmetic items that have been opened.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.


Return Shipping

  • Domestic (Thailand): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • International: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within the return period.
